At ArbitrageAndy.us, we take pride in offering highly bespoke financial merchandise and exclusive products. Due to the unique nature of our sourcing process, all sales are final, except in cases where items are damaged or defective.
Damages and Issues
We ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at arbitrage.andy@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the item(s) in question, so we can promptly evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.
Exceptions and Limitations
- We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
- We are not responsible for stolen or missing packages once delivery is confirmed.
- Refunds or replacements will only be issued for verified damages or defects that occurred prior to delivery.
